Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only in the case of manufacturer defects, faulty products, or if you receive the wrong item.
To be eligible, please initiate the return process within 3 days of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video sent via WhatsApp to +91 63834 57465
Replacement Policy
Products with genuine manufacturing defects will be replaced with a new item of the same model.
Refunds are not provided for manufacturing defects unless the same product is unavailable.
Refund Conditions
A full refund will be issued only if the ordered product is unavailable for replacement.
If you cancel an order after placing it, a 2% cancellation charge will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Timeline
If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Charges
The cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer.
We do not provide reverse pickup or reimburse shipping charges for returned items.
Unboxing Video Requirement
An unboxing video is mandatory for any return, replacement, or refund claim.
The video must clearly show the parcel being opened and the issue being reported.
